How can I create a partition by using Windows Vista Home Premium?

I need a new partition to put all of the backups and stuffs like that, but I can't obyously format the hard drive cuz that would be a problem.

Try using partition magic.. but i don't know if it's compatible with vista...

If only you're using vista ultimate.. you can create a partition using the vista extras called bitlocker..
