Hello; Go to the Computer icon on the desktop, or go to Start, Settings, then Control panel. look for the System icon, double click it. A window will come up, click "advanced settings" on the left, (it should ask you to verify, select continue.

When the small window pops up, it should be pretty self explanatory: first tab is "computer name" click that, and change your PCs name. it may need a restart, but just go on about your computing... restart later, if you wish.
