Including all Operating Systems like Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, XP Service Pack-2, Vista in only one DVD I want to make it and most important it should be bootable. It Should be worked directly from DVD Drive, means bootable. Please explain me how can I make it this kind of DVD?

1.See, for the DVD to run in the boot mode, you have to create a BOOTABLE dvd from nero or some other application.
2.For it to run, you need a DVD DISK writer.
3.For the content in it to run on all platforms, you have to have something that almost ever OS, vista, xp, 2003, 2000, NT, 98, 95 etc. you have to have something i it that every OS is compatible with. LIke for eg. every program is compatible with some specific operating system, you have to make a program that is compatible with all.
