I want to know if Vista is able to run my DOS game?

I still love my DOS game and that's why I'm still sticking with my 3.1(Don't laugh that's true, I use mac at office btw) at home.

But I'm getting a new PC soon, I want to know if Vista is able to handle DOS applications?

There still is a DOS prompt but with limited abilities. You can run a free (opensource) utility called DOSBOX under Vista.

I love dos games still but vista won't handle them heck I couldn't get xp to handle some of the older ones like wolfenstien. I also had problems with the emulators and some games so I used an old 486 computer and threw a copy of dos on it just for playing those games. plus sound is always an issue and the 486 uses the sound blaster 16 ISA card
