I mean does that mean that i can put it on any number of computers legally? ( I highly doubt that) I would like to know please thank!
What does Vista Home Premium for System Builder actualy mean?windows
OEM meant the system builders can officially install a copy of the software with each new computer they sell, ie. like Dell or HP, the licence does not allow it to be sold separately, nor when changing computer, the licence cant be transfer across.
