Make sure all of your Microsoft updates are downloaded and installed.
If they are - try rebooting your computer.
How much RAM does it have? It says you need 1GB to run it, but for optimal performance you should have 2GB.
Well if it is site specific it might be content based, meaning you may need to update java, flash and shockwave. also the browse may be corrupt. Try updates first and if that doesn't work try using either firefox or Opera has your browser both are free.
