i dont know but my experience of vista is its crap its so slow its unreal and then i got loads of problems on my laptop because of it stay away is my advice

vista ultimate has all of the features from windows vista.
such as, flip 3D and others
To honestly help you 64 is a different kind of system that has less things made for it. I would recommend going with vista Ultimate 32 bit.
Oh and trust me vista is cool but how are you going to use it.
