How do i put new fonts onto my computer when i have Windows Vista?

I am having alot of trouble.

i did it before but i dont remember how.

i'm really confused and frustrated.

i've tried to remember what folder i put the fonts i downloaded a while ago in, but i cant fine it nomatter how hard i try.

If someone could please help me, that would be great :)
