what part of chula vista are u in? theres on on Broadway. There's another more down south on Beyer way.
I'm almost certain the one on Broadway is between H and L street(right hand side if you're driving south). If its not there there's one on the southeast corner of Broadway and L street. I think it's a quick oil change place w/ the carwash next to it.
Sorry i couldnt be any more helpful. Im not from that specific part of Chula Vista. I use to drive through that area alot for work and that's what i can remember.
