Cannot play published movie in vista movie maker in windows xp?

First of all, windows xp does not recognize the movie maker project made in vista. But the bigger problem for me now is that xp cannot play the movie I published in wmv format in vista movie maker. Is there any codec I can install on my xp machine to play the published movie? Or any converter? Pls help

On Vista, and in MovieMaker, check to see if there's an option under File %26gt; "Save as..." to save the original file in an XP compatible format.
