Install this.

http://www.fs-driver.org/download.html

Mount the Linux Partition or Drive.

Control Panel--%26gt;Admin Tools--%26gt;Computer Management

Storage--Disk Management

Delete the ext3 partition

Use the command prompt and "diskpart" command to format the drive http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300415

Or just Staright from My COmputer, right Click the Linux Drive and click Format

or use Partition Magic or Acronis Disk Director. I recommed Acronis because it doesn't crash.

I recently had this type of problem. I used a copy of Partition Magic to re-format my drive. Get a copy of the Hiren's Boot CD, which has a copy of Partition Magic, and re-partition and re-format the hard drive.
