If you search Google for "Royal Noir" you will find downloads to the official unrelased Windows XP theme. Royal Noir gives XP the dark look similar to Vista's aero color scheme.

Another XP Theme exists called "Royal Blue", Microsoft only released that to Windows Media Center Edition 2005, but that too can be found on the web and installed on Windows XP Home and Pro systems.
