go to start cllick you name or your doucments when you get to the files on the screen click views button then you simply adjust the slider to where you want it. Hope this helps.!!!!Good Luck

the question was ALL folders...I don't know about all but you can individually...by going to the folder and right clicking...then left click on view....choose icon size and click on it...Hope this helps.
